Alfie started Karting at age 5.  Every Friday evening after School, he would go round and round the Mill Circuit at Whilton Mill. At age 6, Alfie raced competitively with Jack Dex Racing as a ‘dad and lad’ team, receiving crucial advice and training and consistently beating the bigger teams that gained him recognition from Rob Smedley.

Alfie took home a podium in his first career race, a win in his 3rd career race and finished 2nd overall in his first 2 career championships.

Rob Smedley described him as having “this innate sense of grip (that) I have seen in all top racing drivers. With the right programme and funding, Alfie will go far.”
