It’s a fact that it’s incredibly difficult to identify talent in traditional karting categories. Too often budget is the key determinant of success rather than the talent or skill.
Core to TKZ is the identification and development of talented drivers. Our offering ensures that driving skill is the only differentiator that counts whilst our Talent ID platform captures and ranks the most talented drivers.
WHAT ARE WE DOING ABOUT IT?
Our mission is to make motorsport faster, fairer, cheaper and cleaner. Identifying and developing talent has been core to those values from the start.
Our unique cloud-based Talent ID platform is built using the same methodology and software architecture that measures driver performance in Formula 1, providing TKZ drivers with feedback and insights on their own driving performance.
HOW DO WE IDENTIFY TALENT?
Our championships are significantly cheaper to compete in than traditional karting through the Arrive & Drive format. Everything is included in a set price, so families don’t have to worry about the huge set-up costs of racing, as well as the ongoing damage and upgrade costs to stay competitive.
Because we design, build and operate the fleet, we can ensure the karts have the same performance.

BUT WHAT IS TALENT?
We’ve worked with world champions at the pinnacle of motorsport on developing their performance and understand that talent is more than just race results. Talent ID looks beyond this to measure your performance across the whole event on various metrics.
HOW DO TKZ DRIVERS GET ACCESS TO TALENT?
Here’s our favourite part: Talent ID is FREE to all entrants in any of our Championships. The drivers themselves will receive personalised performance data after each event via email. No opt-in or additional sign ups necessary, all drivers attending the event will be sent this automatically after the weekend.
